About The Position
Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and managing of the activities of the Health Information Management areas. Requires indirect supervision with periodic review of policies and results of actions implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Records Administration and / or other Business/Healthcare related field.
- Minimum of (5) years of experience in a supervisory position and / or minimum of (2) year of experience in a supervisory position and (3) years of experience in Medical Records field.
- Must maintain professional certification in Health Information Management such as RHIT, RHIA, or Certified Coding Specialist.
