About The Position

Home Cleanse is seeking a Director of Guidance & Sales to oversee customer communication, inspection coordination, product sales, and operational support. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the inspection process while actively selling dust kits and additional home service products, as well as supporting daily operations and team coordination. This role is central to driving both customer experience and product revenue through direct sales of dust kits and related Home Cleanse offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, operations, or leadership
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to sell products and convert leads into revenue
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication, lead follow-up, and appointment coordination
  • Present and sell dust kits and other Home Cleanse products to customers
  • Conduct consultations and convert inspection opportunities into product sales
  • Oversee inspection scheduling and workflow management
  • Support field operations and daily team execution
  • Maintain strong customer service, follow-up, and relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer and sales experience
