About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently seeking the best talent for a Director of Global Strategic Marketing, MONARCH Bronchoscopy, to join our MedTech organization in Santa Clara, CA. Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Our Surgery team will give you the chance to deliver surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world. Your contributions will help effectively treat some of the world’s most prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years in marketing, product management, strategy, or related field with progressive scope and responsibility
  • Experience in complex, technical healthcare markets required
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and financial acumen with experience building business cases for new opportunities
  • Proven leadership ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and global teams to execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into compelling value propositions

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Robotics medtech experience preferred
  • Experience with robotics, interventional pulmonology, or thoracic oncology
  • Track record of launching innovative products in global markets
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy aligned with global business objectives and long-range financial plan
  • Partner with R&D and cross-functional development team to translate customer needs into scalable, differentiated product solutions
  • Lead brand, value proposition development, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across global markets
  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams to drive successful product launches, market expansion, and annual planning
  • Leverage clinical, economic, and competitive insights to shape pipeline and product portfolio decisions
  • Guide pricing strategy, forecast modeling, and business case development for new opportunities
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management and global marketing team; foster a data-driven, results-oriented team culture
  • Partner with sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, education, and finance teams to ensure aligned global commercial execution
