About The Position

Lead the development and execution of Redirect Health’s integrated growth marketing strategy across all customer acquisition and brand channels. This role goes beyond paid media and requires ownership of the full growth ecosystem, including paid acquisition, SEO, social media, lifecycle marketing, content, user-generated content (UGC), partnerships, and emerging channels. You will be responsible for identifying the highest-leverage growth opportunities, building scalable systems, and driving measurable business outcomes across individuals, families, SMBs, and brokers. This role will play a key leadership role in building the future marketing organization at Redirect Health. Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team. Build internal capabilities while reducing dependency on external agencies. Help architect and operationalize an AI-enabled marketing organization using modern AI tools, automation, and agentic AI workflows. Identify opportunities where AI agents and automation can improve marketing speed, personalization, testing, reporting, and operational efficiency. Establish scalable processes, systems, and workflows that support long-term company growth. Identify friction points across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Improve customer experience and conversion through testing, optimization, messaging, and customer insight. Ensure marketing reflects the humanity, simplicity, and accessibility of the Redirect Health experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer experience across the full funnel. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership. Align messaging, campaigns, reporting, and growth priorities across departments. Help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and customer-focused decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing teams
  • Experience owning multi-channel growth strategies beyond paid media alone
  • Scaled acquisition programs with meaningful budget responsibility
  • Highly analytical and comfortable making decisions based on data and customer insight
  • Can operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on
  • Understands modern AI tools, automation, and the future direction of AI-enabled marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy aligned with company goals
  • Own acquisition and growth initiatives across Meta, Google, SEO, social, email, content, UGC, partnerships, and future channels
  • Evaluate and test emerging opportunities such as OTT/CTV, out-of-home, influencer partnerships, AI-driven personalization, and other scalable acquisition channels
  • Continuously improve CAC, funnel conversion rates, ROAS, engagement, and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Build scalable systems for experimentation, testing, optimization, and rapid iteration
  • Align brand, growth, content, and customer experience into one cohesive growth engine
  • Create visibility into funnel performance, attribution, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness
  • Build and improve dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting systems that support executive decision-making
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable business insights
  • Balance short-term acquisition performance with long-term customer value and brand growth
  • Partner with Operations and Sales to improve attribution accuracy and pipeline visibility
