About The Position

The Director of Growth Marketing serves as the dedicated marketing partner for an assigned sales team, functioning like a fractional marketing manager for that business segment. This role blends strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and sales partnership. Growth Managers understand their target market deeply, build the content and programs their sales teams need, and collaborate across the organization to deliver consistent pipeline results.
