We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to lead pipeline creation by leveraging account-based marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, and inbound digital demand gen for our high-growth, industry-leading, profitable, top-tier PE-backed B2B SaaS business. This is an incredible career opportunity to play a key leadership role in accelerating revenue growth in an established business that has grown strongly in the absence of a dedicated growth marketing leader and team. Some pieces are in place, others are not. Your opportunity is to build and continually optimize a growth marketing engine that systematically generates value for Sales, our channel partners, and our clients. You’ll generate qualified sales leads mostly from companies who manage community associations across the U.S. You’ll also generate leads from large self-managed community associations including HOA’s and condo/co-op associations, bank partners, software partners, and clients for whom you’ll serve as a partner for mutual business development. This is an ideal role for a highly analytical, results-oriented, execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the end-to-end performance of growth campaigns. You will manage one or two key team members and agency partners, while remaining directly involved in planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
