About The Position

Build and lead a high-performing demand generation function that unifies campaigns, channels, and measurement. This leader will translate TJH’s brand story into integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline, improve efficiency, and set the stage for future scale. We are seeking a modern marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital, and customer experience. This role requires someone who can architect strategy and immerse themselves in hands-on execution, a player-coach who raises standards, instills confidence, and unlocks impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Track record of building and scaling integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Demonstrated success in brand stewardship, with examples of elevating positioning and messaging across channels.
  • Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience designing strategies that optimize across every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that fuel demand for Build, Buy, and (Re)Build products.
  • Translate TJH’s brand story into campaigns, digital experiences, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Ensure alignment across paid, organic, social, events, and field marketing so channels work in unison, not silos.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing & Sales Analytics, and IT to improve lead tracking, funnel visibility, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure campaign output drives both volume and quality of leads.
  • Steward the end-to-end customer journey, optimizing each stage from first impression through advocacy.
  • Monitor and optimize against CAC and ROI benchmarks, ensuring marketing spend drives profitable growth.
  • Provide structure, guidance, and accountability to raise the performance of the marketing team.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, piloting innovative approaches and helping shape TJH’s growth marketing vision.
