DIRECTOR OF GROUP LIVING
About The Position
The Director of Group Living is a member of the Site Management Team, oversees residential services and living units and serves as the Program Director in his/her absence. Primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. The Director of Group Living reports to the Deputy Program Director and supervises the Shift Supervisor and direct-care staff.
Requirements
- Possess a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Substitute degree requirement with experience as long as actively pursuing a related degree.
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
Responsibilities
- Oversees residential services and living units.
- Serves as the Program Director in the absence of the Deputy Program Director.
- Manages all available resources to provide the highest level of care to students.
- Ensures the Rite of Passage program is implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.
- Supervises the Shift Supervisor and direct-care staff.
