This is not a senior demand gen leadership role; it's a mandate to diagnose how this business takes itself to market today, design the AI-native model that replaces it, and direct what gets built. You will be responsible for designing and executing the demand generation and ABM strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth for Copperleaf's enterprise accounts across key industries, built around AI-powered account intelligence rather than volume-led campaign execution. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with a strong focus on accelerating growth in priority markets and accounts. As a senior leader, you will lead a team spanning campaign management, customer marketing, digital/web, and marketing operations — and drive its evolution into a leaner, AI-augmented operating model. The design and build-out of our emerging GTM engineering capability sits at the centre of this shift and is yours to own.
