  • You understand how benefits impact the P&L and employee retention.
  • You possess executive presence and the ability to present complex financial and benefit models to senior leadership and the Benefits Committee.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap that aligns with Workiva’s corporate culture and financial objectives.

  • Lead a high-performing team (Benefits Manager, Europe; Benefits Manager, Americas; and a Benefits Analyst) and cultivate professional growth.
  • Direct the global benefits budget, leading negotiations with brokers and carriers to optimize the "spend-to-value" ratio.
  • Roll up your sleeves to write communications, audit plan compliance, build analytics models, and execute administrative workflows alongside your team.
