Position Summary: The Director of Front Office provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for all front office functions across the organization, including Patient Access, Financial Clearance, and clinic-based administrative services. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, staff engagement, and a seamless patient experience across multiple clinics and service lines. The Director partners closely with executive leadership, clinical and operational departments, and external stakeholders to align front-end revenue cycle and administrative operations with organizational goals. This role ensures efficient, coordinated, and patient-centered front office workflows while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.
