The Director of Franchise Sales will lead the strategic expansion of SpinLife’s franchise network, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchisees across the U.S. This role guides candidates through the full recruitment process from inquiry to approval, ensuring strong qualification standards, compliance, and alignment with brand values. This role is instrumental in converting independent field technicians and other qualified operators into successful franchise owners who align with our mission to empower communities to move without limits. You’ll shape the franchise sales process, define territory strategies, and partner with marketing to attract high-quality candidates. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building to grow SpinLife’s footprint and bring transformative mobility solutions closer to those who need them most.
