USC Athletics is looking to hire a Director of Football Equipment Operations to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. This role is responsible for providing leadership and execution of services for football student-athletes and associated staff. Additional duties include assisting in taking inventory, fitting, ordering, receiving, and distribution of athletic equipment. Reporting directly to the Associate Athletic Director of Equipment Operations, the Director of Football Operations will possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate the ability to take initiative and to implement policies and processes, and have strong organizational and communication capabilities. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred. This position serves a large student and staff population, must demonstrate a commitment to improving outcomes for a variety of populations, and is expected to contribute to the program’s demonstrated commitment to non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all.
