Director of Food & Beverage
About The Position
The Hilton Garden Inn Olympia is looking to hire a Director of Food & Beverage. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, encompassing banquets, culinary and restaurant outlets. The goal is to establish and maintain quality product and service levels while maximizing profits. This includes forecasting and budgeting, selecting, training, and developing Team Members. The Director will also attend team huddle meetings, conduct departmental meetings, performance appraisals, and implement and maintain incentive programs. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory control, menu development, community PR for the hotel, monitoring budget, and maintaining high levels of Team Member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hospitality or related industry experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope

- Working collaboratively with other department heads
