The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is currently interviewing for an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead our food and beverage operations in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage with 3+ years of verifiable experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
