About The Position

The Director of Food & Beverage leads and develops hotel Food & Beverage teams, oversees performance across banquet and outlet operations, and works with Event Sales and Event Services to support effective event and dining operations. The role champions guest service, manages labor planning and compliance, and drives revenue and profitability through menu design, inventory controls, and budget adherence.

The position calls for a guest-focused leader with hotel culinary leadership experience, strong food preparation knowledge, financial acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A culinary degree and certifications such as ServSafe, TIPS, or Executive Chef are preferred.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hotel culinary leadership experience, including the ability to lead front- and back-of-house teams.
• Deep knowledge of food preparation methods.
• Financial acumen in food costing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
