We are looking for a Director of Food, Beverage, & Hospitality with the vision and grit to oversee our operational heart. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business (or equivalent industry street-smarts).
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality and food service world.
  • A proven track record of managing P&L and mastering cost controls without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience landing corporate accounts and managing high-stakes projects.
  • You’re a natural coach who knows how to get the best out of a team.
  • You see an empty calendar as an opportunity and know how to close the deal.
  • You can spot a food-cost variance from a mile away and know exactly how to fix it.
  • You understand that happy employees lead to happy guests, and you build the programs to prove it.

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree (MBA or similar) or professional hospitality certifications.
  • Experience managing large-scale operations or multiple properties.
  • A tech-forward approach to modern hospitality systems.
  • A knack for designing incentive programs that actually work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily dance across all departments—from the front office to the kitchen—ensuring our service is as seamless as it is warm.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for corporate and project sales, identifying new opportunities to share the Epting experience.
  • Take full ownership of the P&L. You’ll keep a sharp eye on food costs and operational expenses, turning efficiency into profitability.
  • Design creative incentive programs that motivate our people, foster a culture of excellence, and make Epting the best place to work in Georgia.
  • Recruit and grow the next generation of hospitality pros, upholding our high standards through hands-on training and mentorship.
