Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring cohesive execution, inspired teams, and memorable guest experiences across every outlet and venue. As a visible and trusted leader, the Director of Food & Beverage partners closely with the Executive Committee, ownership, and key stakeholders to exceed guest expectations, drive financial performance, and position Raffles Boston as a premier dining destination in Back Bay. This role oversees restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, and banquets operations, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence across all touchpoints.
