Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage (DOFB) for the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, a luxury destination resort with full-service, high-volume operations. This executive role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and hands-on management for all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, lounges, bars, banquets, catering, in-room dining, pool and beach service, and outlet support teams. The resort is a large-scale luxury destination serving leisure, group, and social business in a dynamic Caribbean environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success operating multiple high-end restaurant venues in addition to high-volume banquet and catering operations. This role reports directly to the General Manager and partners with Hyatt Corporate leadership and ownership to create a sustainable, high-performing operation that exceeds guest expectations while achieving strong financial results and aligning with Hyatt Regency brand standards.
