The Director of Food and Beverage holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a Company account. Nice To Haves

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Previous hospitality leadership in luxury environment
Five years of fine dining foodservice operation experience
Exclusive event and catering experience are essential
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency in a variety of environments
Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
Fosters strong connection with building residents and venue guests to ensure a consistently high-end luxury experience
Maintains positive working relationships with Client as well as other departments
Collaborates with the Chef and management team in creating innovative menus and providing top quality food
Implements new culinary programs in coordination with Company marketing and culinary teams customizing offerings to create a bespoke dining experience across diverse settings
Oversees residential amenities to curate and provide a holistic food and beverage experience.
