About The Position

LaCoco's is seeking an experienced, hands-on restaurant leader to manage its Front-of-House and Beverage Operations. This is a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, and pizzeria with significant dine-in, carryout, delivery, and private-event business. The company is undergoing a major expansion, including a new second-floor dining room, rooftop dining, an additional bar, and increased seating. The role requires leading people, building systems, and managing a busy restaurant floor directly, rather than from an office. The Director will report to the General Manager and oversee approximately 16-20 FOH and bar employees, focusing on operational execution and team development.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, full-service pizzeria, bar & grill, or casual/upscale-casual restaurant.
• Experience managing both FOH and beverage operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to walk into a busy restaurant and immediately identify needs.
• Skills in proper scheduling, employee training, accountability, guest problem-solving, bar control, leader development, and managing teams during high-volume service.
• Must be a hands-on operator who leads from the floor.
