About The Position

As Food & Beverage Director, you'll direct every outlet under the F&B umbrella — setting quality, service, and financial standards across restaurants, bars, and banquets — while building the team that brings Ameswell's food and beverage vision to life.

Requirements

Eight years of food and beverage experience, at least three in a management role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Progressive food and beverage management experience in a similar-size hotel or venue
Food Service Sanitation and Alcohol Service Permit certifications (where state-required)
CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

Interviews, selects, trains, schedules, coaches, and supports associates, ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards
Monitors adherence to service, sanitation, and productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Monitors and controls food and beverage inventories, related equipment, and labor costs
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation levels in line with Health Department requirements at all times
Manages food preparation standards across all outlets
Monitors and forecasts food and beverage revenues and expenses to meet company goals
Implements new menu items, policies, and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and perceived value
Develops and manages the annual food and beverage budget
Implements and monitors ordering and receiving programs to ensure proper quantities and pricing
Practices safe work habits, following MSDS and OSHA standards
Organizes multiple projects, managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Performs other duties as requested by management
Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends as business needs require
