About The Position

Do you have outstanding communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multi-task with grace and professionalism? If so, CBH Homes wants to meet you! We’re currently looking for a full-time Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our company. This key role is responsible for greeting guests, managing front-desk operations, and supporting multiple departments with various administrative tasks—all while maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a can-do attitude. This role will make the move to our new home in Caldwell, Idaho in 2027. Come grow with us as we build what’s next.

Requirements

• Ability to handle stress with poise and professionalism
• Is great at anticipating what might be needed and what is next
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and team members with friendliness and professionalism
• Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including project assistance
• Help wrap homeowner gifts
• Support the HR team with employee recognition initiatives such as birthday and anniversary gifts
• Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and inviting
