Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership responsibilities.
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food manufacturing, or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven expertise leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnering capabilities.
Ability to translate financial data into strategic business recommendations.
Experience presenting insights and influencing decisions with senior and executive leadership teams.
Demonstrated success improving processes and scaling financial operations in a fast-paced growth environment.
Effective people leader with experience coaching and developing direct reports.
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, private-equity-backed organization focused on growth and value creation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic finance business partner to Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, delivering actionable insights that drive profitable growth.
Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts to support business objectives and private equity value creation goals.
Drive operating margin improvement through analysis of pricing, product mix, cost optimization, capacity utilization, and strategic investments.
Own financial performance reporting, variance analysis, and KPI management to ensure visibility into business results and key drivers.
Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models that translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leaders across the organization, influencing key decisions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen FP&A processes, increase scalability, and improve planning accuracy.
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while remaining hands-on in analysis and execution.
