Finance Manager

Flex HRBuford, GA

About The Position

This is a rare opportunity: a Director of Finance role where you’re not just maintaining the machine — you’re helping build it. As the financial cornerstone of TISAS Arms Corp’s US operations, you’ll own everything from strategy to compliance, budgeting to payroll, and play a meaningful role in ensuring the company scales with integrity. One element that makes this role genuinely unique: TISAS Arms operates in a federally regulated industry, and ATF compliance is woven into daily operations. Every transaction is logged through the ERP system, and this person will be a key partner in ensuring the organization is audit-ready at all times. If you’ve worked in a regulated industry — firearms, defense, banking, or with SOX audit frameworks — that experience translates directly here. ATF-specific knowledge can be developed on the job; a mindset for precision, process, and accountability is non-negotiable from day one.

Requirements

  • Proven senior financial leadership experience (Controller, Director of Finance, or equivalent)
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
  • Strong background in corporate finance, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting
  • Expertise in treasury management, investment strategy, and fiscal planning
  • Advanced P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and account reconciliation skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and general ledger / accrual accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP
  • Background in a federally regulated industry (firearms, defense, banking, or similar)
  • SOX audit experience — the structured compliance mindset translates directly
  • Prior experience with ATF regulatory processes or SAR reporting (significant plus, but trainable for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy aligned with organizational growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee all accounting functions including GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and general ledger
  • Manage treasury functions: cash flow analysis, investment management, and cost controls
  • Prepare and interpret financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes
  • Partner with operations leadership on ATF regulatory compliance — ensuring records are accurate, organized, and audit-ready at all times
  • Oversee company payroll functions
  • Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls across all departments

  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
