Director of Finance

Southwest Womens Oncology/OptimumAlbuquerque, NM

About The Position

Financial clarity is not a back-office function. It is how leadership makes decisions, how growth gets funded, how risk gets managed, and how mission stays sustainable. Across a multi-entity platform that spans gynecologic oncology, infusion services, performance medicine, and a growing portfolio of clinical and wellness programs, the financial infrastructure needs to be as strong and forward-looking as the clinical work it supports. The Director of Finance will serve as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership - combining rigorous financial discipline with the business intuition to translate numbers into decisions, and structure into growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in complexity, builds clarity where others see ambiguity, and holds themselves to the same standard they set for the organization. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else. Credentials matter, but who you are and how you grow matter more.
