Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of progressive finance leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort operations
- Executive presence with strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, compliance, and internal controls
- Experience leading audits, financial reporting, and operational strategy in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Partner closely with the Managing Director and Executive Team to drive profitability and operational performance
- Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend strategic corrective actions
- Oversee cash flow, vendor contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Deliver accurate monthly and annual financial reports to ownership and senior leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while promoting accountability and operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders across the resort
