Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial experience within a hospital setting.
At least 2 years leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic forecasting and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and actionable insights for hospital leadership.
Drive business performance improvement by analyzing key metrics and engaging with the revenue cycle to optimize financial outcomes.
Oversee comprehensive capital management and business-case analysis for new service lines and equipment investments.
Conduct rigorous discretionary expense reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
Manage labor productivity and staffing analysis to align financial targets with clinical operational requirements.
