Director of Finance / CFO – Title & scope based on experience
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced finance leader to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the organization. The final title and scope of the position will be determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, leadership capabilities, and overall fit. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and finance functions, providing strategic financial leadership across the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, comfortable in a growing and evolving organization. We are open to speaking with individuals at different stages of their leadership career, whether their background aligns most closely with a Director of Finance role or they have the experience and strategic leadership for a CFO position.

- Experience in cash flow and working capital management
