We are seeking a hands-on Director of Finance (serving as the organization's senior finance leader) to lead our accounting and finance functions while partnering closely with executive leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership while overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, project financial management, contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys operating in a growing entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day financial operations. Our organization manages multiple client projects involving complex contracts, extensive billing structures, project-based accounting, and diverse revenue streams. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, strong internal controls, and long-term profitability. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in project-based accounting environments, preferably within real estate, right-of-way, engineering, consulting, infrastructure, or professional services industries. This individual must be highly skilled in contract administration, client billing structures, project profitability analysis, financial forecasting, and managing financial operations across multiple projects, clients, and funding sources.
