About The Position

The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading all field execution across the Developmental Services division, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of mission-critical construction projects. This role provides strategic oversight of field operations, workforce planning, and execution standards across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction experience with significant field leadership
• Experience in data center or mission-critical environments strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational execution skills

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution across all active projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality performance
• Oversee superintendents, field staff, and subcontractor execution
• Establish and enforce field operations standards, QA/QC processes, and safety protocols
• Partner with Commercial Director and project leadership to align on budget and performance
• Drive workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation
• Interface with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders
• Resolve escalated project and field execution issues
• Implement standardized reporting, KPIs, and operational processes
