Responsible for the supervision of Facilities staff, as well as the operations and maintenance of all Westhab properties outside of New York City. Oversees the development and implementation of Facilities Department policies, procedures, and maintenance schedules, and administers capital improvement projects. Supervises all Facilities staff and oversees all facilities-related work. Establishes performance and operational standards for all superintendents, mechanics, custodial staff, vendors, and contractors working at Westhab-owned, managed, or leased facilities outside of New York City. Serves as a member of the senior management team and reports to the AVP of Facilities. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.
