The Director of Facilities provides agency-wide leadership and oversight for the safety, functionality, and upkeep of all Beyond Support Network buildings and physical environments operated or occupied by the organization. The Director of Facilities leads maintenance and janitorial operations including oversight of Beyond Clean, the agency’s janitorial service, ensuring high-quality service delivery. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Facilities participates in strategic planning, budgeting and organizational decision-making, ensuring facility operations and long-term capital planning aligning with the agency’s mission, growth, and service needs.
