About The Position
Brookdale Carriage Club is hiring a Director of Facilities Management to join their growing team. This is a full-time position within a Senior Living Community that supports residents through Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Facilities Management in a Large Senior Living Community.
- Experience with Life Safety.
- Experience with Department of Public Health regulations.
- Experience working with Outside Contractors.
- Experience with Fire Pump and 2 pipe heating and cooling system.
Responsibilities
- Manage Life Safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Public Health regulations.
- Oversee and work with outside contractors.
- Maintain and manage the fire pump and 2-pipe heating and cooling system.
