The Facilities and Services Department at West Virginia University, Potomac State College campus, is currently accepting applications for a Director of Facilities and Planning. The Director of Facilities and Planning will manage the WVU Potomac State College campus. Responsibilities will include all aspects of facilities operations, custodial, EHS, BRIM, deferred maintenance, as well as campus planning activities; master planning, space management, campus space standards, classroom utilization and classroom scheduling. The position will be tasked to right-size classrooms, achieve classroom utilization at or above standards, and optimize class sizes to maximize use of facilities and staff. This position will also coordinate capital projects and deferred maintenance analysis. WVU Potomac State College (PSC) is a public college in the West Virginia University system, located in Keyser, WV, on a 915-acre campus about 90 miles east of Morgantown. Founded in 1901 as the Keyser Preparatory Branch of WVU, it has grown into a vibrant community of over 1,100 students offering flexible two- and four-year programs, plus online options.
