This role involves selling, closing, and executing social and catering business to meet revenue goals, leading and developing teams, partnering cross-functionally, managing forecasts and budgets, and ensuring all event details are handled meticulously. The ideal candidate will also drive continuous process improvements and client engagement.

Requirements

5+ years in hotel catering & event services
Team leadership background
Strong tech skills (Delphi.fdc/CI-TY & Microsoft Office)
Forecasting and budget savvy (ProfitSage, ProfitSword a plus)
Excellent communicator – Clear, kind, and confident with clients and colleagues alike.
Valid driver’s license & some travel flexibility

Responsibilities

Sell, close, and execute social and catering business to meet revenue goals.
Lead and develop the CS and SESM teams.
Partner cross-functionally with F&B, Banquets, and Sales to deliver seamless event experiences.
Manage forecasts, budgets, and market trends.
Ensure every detail is covered—from BEOs to banquet standards to thank-you notes.
Keep us ahead of the curve with continuous process improvements and client engagement.
