About The Role As our Events Leader, you'll own and evolve ScalePad's global events program, creating experiences that strengthen our brand, deepen relationships, and drive meaningful business results. From major channel conferences and trade shows to executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, and everything in between, you'll shape how partners, customers, and industry peers experience ScalePad in the real world. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and operator. You get energy from bringing people together, creating experiences people will never forget, and turning events into measurable business outcomes. You're just as comfortable building a long-term events strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve problems on-site when things don't go according to plan. Most importantly, you understand that every event is an opportunity to strengthen our reputation and help us become the most-loved brand in the MSP space. You'll lead and develop our Events team while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our leadership team to ensure events play a meaningful role in our go-to-market strategy. You'll also become a familiar face in the channel, building relationships with partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders while helping ScalePad deliver exceptional experiences wherever we show up.
