What You’ll Do As the Multi-Market Director of Sales , you’re the driving force behind creating unforgettable Topgolf experiences within your market. You’ll lead dynamic teams of sales professionals across multiple (2-3) Topgolf venues and together, you’ll help guests plan and execute best-in-class events, from corporate outings to milestone celebrations. Your leadership sets the tone. You’ll build and lead a strong, motivated team through thoughtful hiring, training, coaching and development while fostering a culture of excellence and fun. At the same time, you’ll create strategies, systems and goals that keep the venues growing and performing at their peak. Simply put, you’re not just managing the sales teams, you’re developing sales all-stars, shaping the guest experience, fueling revenue growth, and bringing Topgolf’s energy to life every single day. Annual Base Salary: $69,600 + Position also includes competitive uncapped commission structure, quarterly bonus plan, annual merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package! How You’ll Do It Provide multi-market leadership across venues, including regular travel to spend time in each location while maintaining effective oversight, decision-making, and team leadership across all assigned venues regardless of physical location. Lead your teams to hit and exceed sales goals, closing inbound and outbound leads and creating smart strategy, daily coaching, and accountability. Build strong client relationships through salesmanship and organized CRM management, creating memorable experiences that drive repeat business. Map out strategic plan for business development, targeting account growth of Top Accounts and potential Top Accounts in market. Establish and monitor performance goals for your team, celebrating wins and identifying opportunities for improvement, through consistent monitoring and coaching of individual KPI and sales performance. Provide daily leadership and structure through hip-to-hip coaching, structured market sales meetings, daily market huddles and 1:1 development planning. Participate in strategic planning with your Directors of Operations to help maximize your venues’ overall revenue and performance. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant environments (at least 2 years of multi-unit experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience) Proven success in team leadership, goal-setting, and driving measurable results Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Strong understanding of local business markets and client relationship development Confident, approachable leader who inspires trust and collaboration Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset High level of integrity, adaptability, and self-awareness Proficiency in Excel, Word, and sales software such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by state or local law) Why You’ll Love It Here This is more than a sales leadership role.
