This role involves providing leadership, support, and coordination to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met. The position also requires maintaining records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, as well as training, quality control, and in-servicing staff. Assessing work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes is also a key responsibility.
