About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Norman is seeking a Maintenance Director/ Director of Environmental Services with SNF Regulatory experience. The Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services is vital to resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for a skilled individual to join our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Requirements

• Experience in a job related field
• Manager experience minimum 1 year
• Clean background check and clean drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• SNF Regulatory experience required

Responsibilities

• Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Procures or generates all utilities and their distribution systems.
• Coordinates environmental services activities with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members.
• May direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs.
• Participates in facility infection control programs.
