About The Position

The Gund Company is searching for an experienced Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to lead the next chapter of our global EH&S strategy. This role involves building a legacy by transforming a strong foundation into a world-class EH&S organization. The Director will develop enterprise standards, create scalable systems, influence executive decisions, strengthen safety culture, and impact employees globally. With a planned leadership transition and increasing focus on sustainability, growth, and operational excellence, this role is critical in shaping safety and environmental stewardship across The Gund Company.

Requirements

  • Multi-site manufacturing EH&S leadership experience.
  • Experience building and executing enterprise-wide EH&S strategies.
  • Expertise in compliance, risk management, and safety management systems.
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • A track record of improving safety culture and organizational performance.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives.
