About The Position

Column Technical Services is looking for a driven, seasoned Director of Enterprise Sales to lead Enterprise and Data Center growth across the U.S. and Europe. If you have deep experience in NAND storage, strong relationships in the hyperscale ecosystem, and a track record of driving major design wins, let's connect. This role calls for someone with a strong background in selling to major U.S. Enterprise customers and the Hyperscale ecosystem, along with a proven ability to grow business and secure design wins. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in NAND‑based storage solutions for Enterprise/Data Center applications and has well‑established relationships throughout the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development within the NAND memory and storage industry, particularly in controllers and SSD solutions for Enterprise and Data Center markets.
  • Strong technical understanding of NAND, storage architectures, semiconductor technologies, and ecosystem trends.
  • Prior experience in a senior‑level sales or business development leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, engineering, business development, and cross‑functional sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute robust sales plans that include revenue goals, pricing frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategies aimed at increasing market presence and meeting growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Develop and negotiate partnerships and alliances that broaden market access and strengthen our competitive position.
  • Build long‑term, trusted relationships with key accounts by understanding their priorities, aligning product roadmaps, engaging with executive stakeholders, and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitive movements, and market shifts to refine sales tactics and influence product strategy.
