About The Position

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk to develop and strengthen the systems, standards, controls, and management disciplines used to identify, evaluate, manage, and monitor enterprise risk. The role initially focuses on subcontractor and third-party risk, contract review, purchase order controls, insurance compliance, and procurement governance. The Director will also build the systems, processes, reporting, and organizational capabilities needed to grow a comprehensive enterprise risk-management function and promote a culture of transparency, informed risk-taking, accountability, and effective execution. The role requires a business-minded professional with strong judgment, practical problem-solving skills, collaboration and influencing ability, communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, integrity, and credibility. Loureiro is a 100% employee-owned, multidisciplinary consulting firm with operations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Missouri.
