About The Position

The Director of Enrollment Services at the Miramar Campus is responsible for directing the overall operations of the admissions department. This role involves overseeing and developing a team of inspired and engaged team members to help students achieve success. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Three or more years of management experience required
• Experience managing several people is a must
• Must be a detail-oriented, assertive, self-starter
• Must possess excellent leadership abilities
• Able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure
• Possess good judgment, initiative, good job attitude, and be dependable
• Must be able to deal effectively with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Very computer literate and able to demonstrate proficiency in CRM applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites required in the performance of job responsibilities
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are base standards

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing all admissions goals
• Develop marketing campaigns that relay the school’s mission to prospective students
• Work closely with the leadership of every educational department as well as the financial aid team to ensure that the admissions process runs smoothly
• Direct the preparation of printed materials explaining admission requirements and transfer credit policies
• Participate in or conduct student recruitment programs with other members of faculty and staff
• Hire, train, develop, and maintain appropriate staffing of admissions personnel to meet the institutional enrollment plan
• Ensure that all admissions personnel are properly trained and consistently adhere to all state, federal, and accrediting body standards
