About The Position

Lead our engineering team to operational excellence! As the Director of Engineering, you will drive innovation and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while upholding Accor's engineering standards. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving the hotel’s vision and mission, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

Proven leadership in managing complex facilities and building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and automation.
Extensive experience in engineering budget preparation, monthly forecasting, and resource management.
Experience in optimizing energy and water usage.
City of Chicago Stationary Engineer license (or equivalent technical degree with project management experience).
Deep understanding of state, and safety regulations, including OSHA and Fire Department requirements.
Strong negotiation skills with contractors and third parties.

Nice To Haves

City of Chicago Stationary Engineer license preferred.
