The position also provides technical oversight for protection and control programs and governs electrical engineering and design services for medium- and high-voltage infrastructure projects. In partnership with executive leadership, sales, and M&A teams, the Director will support proposals and client discussions, identify opportunities for the combined platform, and assess technical capabilities and risks in acquisition targets. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and a P.E. designation, along with at least 10 years of progressive electrical engineering experience, including at least five years in senior leadership managing multiple teams or sites. Extensive travel across Canada and the United States is expected. BCES Global is an equal opportunity employer and offers accommodations during recruitment upon request. The company may use technology, including AI-enabled tools, to support screening and evaluation, with human oversight of hiring decisions.
