About The Position

The Director of Educational Services manages, leads, and provides oversight of Pre-K to 12 school teams and partnerships. The role maintains strong relationships with school partners and field staff, assesses clinical needs and staffing performance, and supports special education compliance. The Director also provides clinical guidance and coaching, builds a sense of community among staff, and supports recruitment. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania office.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a special education-related field.
Five years of experience in the field, including at least three years in an educational leadership role.
Ability to manage multiple clinical disciplines and school leaders at various locations.
Working knowledge of special education compliance.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for managing employee relations, personnel issues, and performance.

Responsibilities

Maintain partner relationships through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Build collaborative relationships with school leaders through on-site visits and regular meetings.
Meet with school partners to assess clinical needs, evaluate staffing performance, and ensure special education compliance.
Provide field staff with clinical support, coaching, resources, and guidance.
Meet individually with clinical staff to understand employee needs and identify current or future resource needs.
Develop a sense of community with lead clinicians and clinical managers, facilitate communities of practice, and encourage communication among staff.
Support recruitment through recruiting, networking, and interviewing.
Oversee multiple clinical and non-clinical disciplines in school settings.
