About The Position
Centura College is seeking a dedicated Campus Director of Education to lead the academic operations of their campus in Norfolk, VA. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of all educational programs, while also supporting and developing the instructional team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing the next generation of skilled professionals and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Associates Degree required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Experience in private postsecondary education preferred.
- CampusNexus experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure curriculum accuracy and proper use of current instructional materials.
- Conduct regular instructor performance audits and classroom observations.
- Oversee faculty training, development, and Faculty Personnel Reports (FPR).
- Lead Program Coordinator meetings and support Program Advisory Committee (PAC) processes.
- Collaborate with campus and corporate leaders to maintain compliance with ACCSC, state, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise all campus instructors and support instructional excellence.
