The Director of eCommerce Marketplaces will serve as the key leader driving Adventure Ready Brands’ strategic focus on rapidly accelerating online sales across all wholesale and marketplace channels, including Amazon, Brick & Click retailers, and Pure Play partners (D2C excluded). This leader will own the full eCommerce ecosystem—spanning sales, marketing, and channel strategy—and will be responsible for building and executing a winning plan. The role requires a hands-on operator who can both “roll up their sleeves” to elevate our online presence and actively manage key accounts, including direct selling and account leadership. Beyond delivering near-term results, this person will shape the future of our eCommerce strategy, including organizational evolution needed to reach the next level of growth. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, highly analytical, and a strong change agent who thrives in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, PR, Operations, and other internal teams.
