BioLite is hiring a Director of Ecommerce to lead profitable growth across our digital channels, with a major focus on Amazon and Shopify DTC. You'll own performance end-to-end, build clear insights from data, and partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience. You'll also collaborate with the Goal Zero ecommerce and marketing team to share insights and support shared priorities. You'll be a great fit if you're comfortable working through strategy and being a hands-on operator, comfortable moving between high-level planning and daily execution.

  • Oversee performance and profitability
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance across Amazon and DTC, including the story behind the numbers
  • Forecast, prioritize, and make tradeoffs that balance growth, margin, and customer experience
  • Partner with the VP of Ecommerce on targets and investment decisions
  • Lead Amazon 1P/3P
  • Amazon performance across Vendor Central and Seller Central, including content, promotions, pricing architecture, forecasting, and inventory health
  • Improve retail readiness, conversion drivers, and launch execution
  • Build clear plans that connect operational inputs to revenue and margin outcomes
  • Lead Amazon Ads/partner management
  • Amazon Ads strategy and performance (directly or through an agency)
  • Set measurable goals, monitor pacing, diagnose issues, and lead improvements
  • Manage agencies and partners with clear expectations, measurement, and accountability
  • Lead Shopify DTC execution
  • Shopify site performance including merchandising, landing pages, promotions/discounting, and conversion rate optimization
  • Run disciplined testing (hypothesis, test plan, results, insights, iteration) to improve conversion and AOV
  • Build the analytics engine
  • Deliver a weekly Measurement readout with risks, opportunities, and next actions
  • Build models in Google Sheets/Excel (forecasting, margin, channel mix, inventory projections)
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, experimentation, and workflow automation
  • Collaboration
  • Work with Creative and Brand to ensure assets and messaging are deployed across Amazon and DTC
  • Partner with Operations on in-stocks, inventory planning, and launch readiness
  • Coordinate with the Goal Zero ecommerce team to share best practices and support shared plans
  • 7+ years of ecommerce experience with 3+ years performance in a senior role (Required)
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Amazon 1P and 3P (Vendor Central + Seller Central)(Required)
  • Strong experience with Amazon Ads and managing agencies/partners(Required)
  • Deep, hands-on experience operating a Shopify storefront (merchandising, promos, CRO, and performance tracking)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (modeling, forecasting, analysis)
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to turn data into clear priorities and actions
  • Practical, ongoing use of AI tools to improve speed and quality of execution
  • GA4, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, heatmaps, attribution, and journey analysis
  • Consumer goods experience across varied price points and product launches
  • Experience building operating rhythms and structure in a growth-stage environment
